Rather than just helping you feel "a little better", my mission is to treat all facets of who you are—physical, emotional, and spiritual—so that you not only experience rapid relief, but you also have a blueprint for balanced and healthy living that will serve you for the rest of your life.  We in Durango tend to measure happiness by our ability to get out into the mountains, valleys and rivers of our little corner of Colorado.  It is my intention to help get you back out on your bike, paddleboard, yoga mat or on your own two feet again, doing the activities you love!
